1. Where do the materials used for our collars and leashes come from?

All our materials come from our supplier in Belgium, renowned for the quality and durability of its products. We exclusively use biothane, a resistant material, easy to clean, and ideal for active dogs. By choosing a local supplier, we reduce our carbon footprint while supporting the local economy.

2. Where are your products manufactured?

All our collars and leashes are handmade in our workshop in Sarthe, France. We are committed to producing high quality items while respecting artisanal manufacturing methods. Each piece is carefully designed to guarantee a unique and durable product.

3. What are the manufacturing and shipping times?

Each order is handcrafted with the utmost care. Here's how it works:

• Confirming your order: As soon as you place your order, we confirm it and prepare everything needed to get started.
• Receiving materials: If the materials are not in stock, it takes us about a week to receive them from our Belgian supplier.
• Handcrafted: Each piece is carefully crafted in 3 days to guarantee a superior quality product.
• Fast Shipping: Once your order is ready, we ship it and you will receive it within 72 business hours.

On average, you will receive your order within 2 weeks. However, if the materials are already in stock, your order can be ready and shipped within a week.

4. Why can product patterns sometimes vary from the visuals?

As each product is handmade, there may be slight variations in patterns and finish compared to the visuals presented on the site. These small differences are the result of our artisanal manufacturing process and make each collar or lead unique. We always ensure that the quality remains exceptional, even if the appearance may differ slightly.

5. What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the amount of your order. We offer free shipping to mainland France on all orders. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to return the product to us, provided that it is in its original condition and unused. 7. How to maintain biothane collars and leashes?

Biothane is a very easy to maintain material. You can simply clean it with mild soap and water and then let it air dry. It is water-resistant and does not retain odors, making it perfect for dogs who like to get dirty!

Absolutely! At Collaris, we pride ourselves on our commitment to the environment. We use sustainable materials and our manufacturing process aims to minimise waste. In addition, by choosing European suppliers and manufacturing locally in Sarthe, we reduce our carbon footprint.

9. Can I personalize my collar or leash?

Yes, we offer the possibility to personalize your collars with your dog's name or a phone number. You can choose the color, size at the time of ordering for a truly unique product.

10. Do you offer products for all sizes of dogs?

Yes, our products are available in a range of sizes to suit all dogs from small to large. When ordering, please ensure you choose the size that best suits your dog to ensure optimum comfort.
